  3. manual locomotion on a movin' sidebelt?!" he bellows with a thick Cockney
  4. accent. "That's a $15 fine, Telan!" When he sees that you have no money he
  5. seems to get very angry. "What's this?" he screams "Destitute, are ya? Wal,
  6. I'll have to take you in!" Sgt. Stone drags you, kicking and screaming, to the
  7. Law Enforcement Office and throws you in a cell where you rot for the rest of
  8. your days.
